“Why Have Your Quilt Appraised?”
Denise will discuss the 3 types of appraisals as well as various reasons to have your vintage and contemporary quilts appraised.
Denise Bartosh, M.A., is an AQS certified appraiser of quilted textiles, judge, lecturer, quilt collector, quilt historian, award-winning quilter, educator, and restorer. She is driven by an incredible passion for quilts and their makers throughout the strands of time.
Denise belongs to the American Quilter’s Society, Professional Association of Appraisers of Quilted Textiles, American Quilt Study Group, Quilter’s Guild of Dallas, Garland Quilt Guild, & Austin Area Quilt Guild.
