Overnight retreats are limited to just 36 ladies.

Make sure that you sign up and save your spot ASAP.  We will have all three lodges but still eat together and play games together in Maxine’s Manor. Box Car will plan our meals and Debbie Repp and Sherry Denton will do the rest. A last-minute letter will be emailed with information needed for these events. May only do all three days at these events. Check in at 12:00 (noon) and check out at 12:00 (noon).

Terms

Payment in full must be received by October 1. After that date we will allow nonmembers to register.

Up until October 1st, you may change or cancel your reservation. After that date no refunds are available. However, if your plans to attend have changed, you may sell your spot to another quilter. Please let us know if you need to resell your seat, so we can help and keep track of that. We do get a waiting list for these events. Debbie Repp will be planning the seating and the bedroom assignments for all events, so call her with your questions or concerns, at 702-419-9328.
