Quilting Retreats
Get out your calendar and save your spot for time with quilty friends! Retreats are a perfect time to meet new friends and work on your quilt projects. They’re also a great time to find inspiration and even some help with your trickiest problems.

2026 Day Retreats –
Spring and Summer
Held at Box Car’s Event Center. It is a large room, but seating is limited so be sure to register early. Our day will start at 9:00 am and end at 7:00 pm. Lunch and dinner will be served, plus games and prizes every day. An email will be sent out before the retreat with the seating chart and and last minute information.
March 26-28 – The fee for all 3 days is $140; for 2 days $105; for 1 day $55. To be paid in full by February 24.
August 13-15 – The fee for all 3 days is $140; for 2 days $105; for 1 day $55. To be paid in full by July 14.

Each retreat runs for three days, from 9AM to 7PM.
You can book for 1, 2, or all 3 days.
2026 Overnight Retreat – Fall
Held at Box Car’s Maxine’s Manor. There are only 24 beds available so sign up early. Check in is noon Thursday and check out is noon Sunday.
Meals are provided and games and prizes are always on the schedule. An email sent out before the retreat will include the seating chart, room chart and any last minute information. We may have cancellations so we will keep a waiting list after it’s full.
November 12-15 – The fee for the entire retreat is $320 (less days are not available). To be paid in full by October 13.
