DQG member Debbie Q. just set out to make an intricate, geometric quilt. Imagine her surprise when she completed the last stitch and the center of the quilt started shimmering.
“At first I just thought my eyes were tired,” Debbie said, “but the a green tentacle started to emerge. Obviously, my first thought was ‘Don’t you dare get the quilt dirty’ so I whacked that green think with my three-foot rule. There was an unearthly screen, and the arm just vanished.”
Since then, Debbie has been feeding stray cats into the shimmering hole, and she has not been bothered by any further alien appearances.
